High Pressure Water Jetting

Water jetting is an efficient way to clean drain and sewer lines. Quick, economical, and environmentally safe, this service can be used on many types of pipe. Using state-of-the-art pumps and flexible hoses, water is propelled under varying amounts of pressure into the sewer line. A special nozzle mounted on the end of a heavy-duty hose has an array of forward and reverse jets to direct powerful cleansing streams of water all the way to the pipe walls, cutting through even the toughest blockages.

Gillum Waddell Plumbing’s high velocity water jet equipment can be operated at any pressure from 0 – 4000 psi. This allows the operator to select the appropriate pressure to get the job done properly.

Will that much pressure damage my pipes?

We’re able to adjust the pump pressure and the angle of the cleaning jets to safely complete the job. Most types of pipe used in residential and light commercial applications easily tolerate these cleaning pressures. However, defective pipe may not withstand either cable or water jetting.
